Refunds:

Recorded Courses

    • If the customer has not started the course, a full refund may be requested up to 30 days from the purchase date. 
    • If a customer starts and completes less than 25% of the course, a 50% refund may be requested up to 30 days from the purchase date. 
    • If more than 25% of the course has been completed, no refund will be issued.

All Other Purchases 

Refunds for all other purchases including registration fees for webinars, in person workshops, other events, etc.:

    • A customer may request a full refund up to the date of the event deadline. The request must be received by the event deadline date. 
    • No refunds will be issued for requests received after the event deadline.

Cancellations:

If an event is cancelled by Shirena Smith & JCE, a refund will be issued.

Recorded Course Access:

A purchased recorded course will be accessible for 30 days from date of purchase. The course must be completed during that time.
